We will refund or exchange any products shipped in error. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for products otherwise.
Opened packaging: Returns and refunds are only available where video evidence of opening your package is provided. Please record the opening of your order in the event there is a discrepancy where products may be defective.
At this time, we provide refunds and exchanges in-store only. You can return or exchange a product in-store for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return or exchange, must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Online order receipt and ID must be provided at time of refund or exchange.
You have the option to cancel your order for a refund within the 30 minute time-frame of when the order was placed if it hasn’t been delivered. You will be charged a 5 dollar processing fee if the order has been paid but not yet shipped/delivered.
