Shipping and Return Policy

In-City Delivery Policy

All orders will be delivered the same day before 6:15pm on Sunday, and 7:15pm Monday through Saturday. If your order is placed after cut-off time, it will be delivered the following day.

We aim to deliver orders within an hour after being placed. If you place and order and know you won't be home to show ID for your package, please specify in the notes what time you would like your delivery and we can try to accommodate you as much as possible. If you are not present during the delivery, you will have to pick up your order in-store at 180 17th Street West during our hours of operation. You will be notified via email or phone if you missed your delivery.

We offer city-wide delivery within Prince Albert. Shipping through Canada Post Xpresspost is available within all of Saskatchewan, including PO Boxes.

Shipping Policy

We use Canada Post Xpresspost for all deliveries. As long as your order was made within the 2:30pm cutoff, it will be dropped off at Canada Post that same day and you will receive your package within 7 business days. You will be provided a tracking number the day of shipment, and will update when dropped off at Canada Post. If your order is placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend/holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.

All orders are shipped with Signature and Proof of Age (19 years of age).

(b) On delivery, the recipient is required to:
(i) Show proper identification proving the recipient’s age if the recipient
appears to be under 25 years of age; and
(ii) Sign a receipt for the sale and to confirm the delivery;
(c) No deliveries are made to:
(i) A minor or any person who does not provide proper identification
proving the person’s age if required pursuant to this subsection; or
(ii) Any person who appears to be intoxicated at the time of delivery;
(d) The amount of cannabis delivered does not exceed the limits set out in
section 2-8 of the Act; and
(e) Cannabis and cannabis accessories are delivered in packaging through
which the cannabis or cannabis accessories are not visible.
 
Refund/Return Policy

We will refund or exchange any products shipped in error or any recalled/defective products. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for products otherwise.

Opened packaging: Returns and refunds are only available where video evidence of opening your package is provided. Please record the opening of your order in the event there is a discrepancy where products may be defective.

At this time, we provide refunds and exchanges in-store only. You can return or exchange a product in-store for up to 10 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return or exchange, must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Online order receipt and ID must be provided at time of refund or exchange.

You have the option to cancel your order for a refund within the 30 minute time-frame of when the order was placed if it hasn't been delivered. You will be charged a 5 dollar processing fee if the order has been paid but not yet shipped/delivered.
