What are the benefits to registering with Prairie Cannabis?
We are locally owned and operated. We hand selected top-shelf cannabis products and suppliers, allowing our customers the best options. Each product on our shelf is of the highest quality.
Can I buy Cannabis online?
Yes, we offer sale of recreational LEGAL cannabis online. All cannabis products and a selection of our accessories are available on the website. Come in-store for a full selection of what we have to offer.
How do I become a member?
Follow our simple registration process through the link on our homepage. During account creation you will be required to submit a valid, non-expired government ID that shows birth date, photo and expiry. Acceptable forms of ID are listed below. Once you send off your registration, we will approve your account. You will then receive an email with your account information, and you're ready to order!
Where can you ship to?
We offer same day delivery within Prince Albert City limits and shipping within Saskatchewan. This unfortunately does not include PO Boxes or Rural Addresses as per according to Purolator's availability.
Can you ship outside of Saskatchewan?
No, our licence is only for sales with in Saskatchewan.
What do I need for home delivery?
You will need to be registered on our site with acceptable ID, and the registered buyer must be present to accept delivery with the ID they ordered with. We have the right to cancel your order if you, the account holder, is not present with correct ID.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping cost will be available at check out.
What is the cost for home delivery within Prince Albert?
A $5 fee will apply for home delivery. This fee is not refundable if the ID holder of the ordering account is not on site to receive the order.
What payment options are available?
Currently, we are only able to accept credit card/debit payments and e-transfer.
How long do I have to place my E-Transfer?
You have 48 hours to send your e-transfer before your order is cancelled.
Refunds and Returns
Can I return my purchase?
Returns and refunds are only available on unopened product and where video evidence of opening your package is provided.
For what reason can I return product?
We will refund or exchange any products shipped in error or any recalled products. We also return defective products. We can only refund or exchange unopened product with the provincial seal intact.
How can I return my purchase?
At this time, we provide refunds and exchanges in-store only during business hours. You can return or exchange a product in-store for up to 10 days from the date you purchased it. Receipt must be provided at time of refund or exchange. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further info.
How can I cancel my order?
On the website there is a 48 hour time-frame for cancellation from order time, a $5 non-refundable processing fee will apply.
What are your store hours?
Our store hours are 11am to 7pm Sunday-Wednesday, 11am to 9pm on Thursdays and 11am-11pm on Fridays & Saturdays. Website orders can be made 24 hours a day, and will be delivered next day between 11am-6pm.
What is an acceptable form of ID?
SLGA considers the following to be acceptable forms of government-issued identification:

- Armed Forces I.D. Card
